Kowloon Training move to Sai Kung

Effective from 4th May, Sonic training in Kowloon will move to Sai Kung swimming pool and sports ground for both junior and adult sessions. The training will be handled by coach Jimmy Heung on Monday and coach Kenneth Yip on Thursday. 

Hong Kong Island training remains unchanged on Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday by coach Kenneth.
