📣📣 our weekly Repulse session change back to Sunday start from January!

📣 we keep weekly open water swim in winter time because winter swim will boost your metabolism and immune aka better general fitness for next season!

📣 you will also get used to swimming with wetsuit in winter swim and build mental toughness when your friends sleeping in warm bed

📣 our Wed swim: 2,9,16 at SYS; 23,30 at Wan Chai pool

[1月訓練時間表]

星期一 - 7:30pm-9:30pm: 跑步訓練(跑馬地馬埸) 🏃‍♂

星期三 - 8pm-10pm: 游泳訓練 (中山游泳池) 🏊‍♂

星期六 - 7:30am-11am: 單車訓練 + 轉項跑步練習 🚴‍♂🏃‍♂(欣澳,新娘潭路或石澳)

星期六 - 9am-11am: 單車入門 + 跑步訓練 (欣澳,新娘潭路或科學園)🚴‍♂🏃‍♂

星期六 - 5pm-6pm: 游泳訓練 (中山公園泳池) 🏊‍♂

星期日 - 8am-10am: 游水+ 跑步訓練(淺水灣) 🏊‍♂🏃‍♂

Sat - 7:30am-11am: Group bike and run brick confirm on WhatsApp 🚴‍♂🏃‍♂

Sat - 9am-11am: Beginner Bike & Run at Sunny Bay, Bride Pool or Science Park🚴‍♂🏃‍♂

Sat - 5pm-6pm: swim at Sun Yat Sen Swimming Pool 🏊‍♂

Sun - 8am-10am: Swim & Run at Repulse Bay 🏊‍♂🏃‍♂
