📣 we keep weekly open water swim in winter time because winter swim will boost your metabolism and immune aka better general fitness for next season!
📣 you will also get used to swimming with wetsuit in winter swim and build mental toughness when your friends sleeping in warm bed
📣 our Wed swim: 2,9,16 at SYS; 23,30 at Wan Chai pool

星期六 - 7:30am-11am: 單車訓練 + 轉項跑步練習 🚴♂🏃♂(欣澳,新娘潭路或石澳)
星期六 - 9am-11am: 單車入門 + 跑步訓練 (欣澳,新娘潭路或科學園)🚴♂🏃♂
星期六 - 5pm-6pm: 游泳訓練 (中山公園泳池) 🏊♂
星期日 - 8am-10am: 游水+ 跑步訓練(淺水灣) 🏊♂🏃♂
