2019 IRONMAN 703 XIAMEN by teamsonictriathlete
IRONMAN 70.3 Xiamen had been famous as one of the fast course for past two years. Until 2019 edition, the wind made this a challenging day, we swam cross the current, bike thought the wind, and ran under the blazing sun, the only easy day was yesterday, we made it and the race remind us ‘every finisher is a winner!’
Long distance Triathlon is NOT just about your physical fitness, but your mind and soul!
It’s about how we plan and progress in training, how we scarify all the temptation and social activities in the modern world; how we manage our time between family, work and training; our resiliency in dealing with setback and injury; It’s about how our mentality drive us though the entire journey, it’s our common goal in the team to get this race done and even challenge ourselves for a new record!
