星期一 - 7:30pm-9:30pm: 跑步訓練(跑馬地馬埸) 🏃‍♂ 星期三 - 8pm-10pm: 游泳訓練 (灣仔游泳池) 🏊‍♂
星期六 - 7:30am-11am: 單車訓練 + 轉項跑步練習 🚴‍♂🏃‍♂(欣澳,新娘潭路或石澳)
星期六 - 9am-11am: 單車入門 + 跑步訓練 (欣澳,新娘潭路或科學園)🚴‍♂🏃‍♂
星期六 - 5pm-6pm: 游泳技術改良 (中山泳池) 🏊‍♂
星期六 - 5pm-6pm: 游泳訓練入門 (堅尼地城泳池) 🏊‍♂

Sat - 7:30am-11am: Group bike and run brick confirm on WhatsApp 🚴‍♂🏃‍♂
Sat - 9am-11am: Beginner Bike & Run at Sunny Bay, Bride Pool or Science Park🚴‍♂🏃‍♂
Sat - 5pm-6pm: technique & recovery at SYS Pool
Sat - 5pm-6pm: beginner swim at Kennedy Town Swimming Pool 🏊‍♂
