星期三 - 8pm-10pm: 游泳訓練 (中山游泳池) 🏊♂
星期六 - 7:30am-11am: 單車訓練 + 轉項跑步練習 🚴♂🏃♂(欣澳,新娘潭路或石澳)
星期六 - 9am-11am: 單車入門 + 跑步訓練 (欣澳,新娘潭路或科學園)🚴♂🏃♂
星期六 - 5pm-6pm: 游泳技術改良 (中山泳池) 🏊♂
星期六 - 5pm-6pm: 游泳訓練入門 (堅尼地城泳池) 🏊♂
星期日 - 7:30-9:30am: 游水+ 跑步訓練(淺水灣/石澳) 🏊♂🏃♂
