Dressing for winter cycling in HK
Some of us new to Triathlon and cycling and very rare to train in 10-13C condition in these 2 years, with climate change, Winter in HK only last for a week or few days, so it’s important to know what to wear at the right time.
The key is to keep warm while wind block with heat ventilation
keep warm for ears, head, neck, knee, toes, hands and fingers
wind block for front part of body and shoulder
You may also prepare to take off some of the layer when the Sun is out during the later part of the ride.
Finally a thermal bottle of coffee or ginger tea afterwards will be nice.
