Update on Coronavirus COVID-19 20200424

In the view of declining case of Coronavirus COVID-19 in Hong Kong, we are going to resume our regular training effective from this Sunday on 26 April.

In order to compliance with the group gathering policy and maintaining social distancing, the following arrangement will be in place until the policy lifted.

1. please inform us in WhatsApp if you are coming to the session. We will divide our training into group of 3-4 lead by each coach.

2. We will rollout the health declaration form for your signature before each of the training session.

3. If you have made contact with anyone with anyone who has or is suspected to be infected with COVID-19 in last 14 days please also stay quarantine and do not turn up at any Sonic training.

4. If you have any symptoms of flu or COVID-19, please do not come to training, see doctor and also inform us about it.

5. We will pay attention to any update from the government, if the case of COVID-19 arises we will alter or even suspend our training again.

We are going to live though the pandemic and training though the new normal. Training fee in April will remain waived as the previous updated..
