Mon - 7:30pm-9pm: run at HV🏃♂
Wed - 8pm-9:30pm: swim at Victoria Park🏊♂️
Fri - 7am-8am: swim at SYS/VP/Repulse 🏊♀️
Sat - 7:30am-11am: Group bike and run brick confirm on WhatsApp 🚴♂🏃♂
Sat - 5pm-6pm: technique and recovery swim at SYS
Sun - 7:30am-9:30am: Beginner cycling technique (by appointment)
Sun - 7:30am-9:30am: Aquathon brick at Repulse 🏊♂🏃♂
