2023 Sonic Time Trial 1 - Sunny Bay Duathlon

 

2023 Sonic Time Trial series finally begin! This time we will organize 4 club training races for members of Sonic; Please register/renew your membership from here

Series ranking will be based on the accumulated shortest time taken in all races; Top 3 male/female will be awarded in our end of season party.

Time Trial 1 - Sunny Bay Duathlon

5 March will be Duathlon format at Sunny Bay for 4k run - 30k bike - 4k run

Meeting Time: 7:30am for transition setup and warm up
Start Time: 8:00am

  • HELMET MANDATORY

  • Sonic Club Kits MANDATORY

  • No road closure, riding with open traffic

  • Long shoulder check when U-turn

Course Map

Run 1: SB 1km out and back x 2

From South Bay roundabout run along the foot path 1km out and back x 2

Bike: SB - Disney - SB x 3

3 laps of 10k between Sunny Bay roundabout to Disney hotel roundabout.

Run 2: SB 1km out and back x 2
