We have setup a few trial session for the potential members from HK Outdoor and Sports Expo on every Saturday and Monday.

Swim Trial

Nov 15th / 22nd / 29th
5pm Sun Yet Sun Swimming Pool
Beginner: 100m freestyle non-stop
Regular: 400m freestyle in 10mins

Run Trial

Nov 11st / 18th / 25th
7:30pm Happy Valley Running Track
Beginner: Able to run 2km non-stop
Regular: 2.8k run in 18mins
