In September we farewell two Sonic, coincidentally they both relocate to US!

Joise Ling aka 'Party Girl 2' joint us in 2013 and became more active participation in training and racing since 2014, she has became one of the podium contenders at her age group and been awarded as the most improved triathlete in 2014! Outside of our sports, she is a very talent designer and consistently contribute idea on designing our Team Hoodies, website and even End of Season Party flyers!

Ian Ngai joint us in 2015 to prepare his Ironman 70.3 Hawaii, since then he became our active member and mostly enjoy the breakfast at Lulu cafe post social ride!  

All the best Josie! And Ian! Have a smooth settle down in US and we will miss the time we train, race and party hard together!
