星期三 -7am-8am: 游泳訓練 (淺水灣)
星期三 -8pm-9pm:游泳訓練(灣仔訓練池)
星期三 -9pm-10pm:游泳訓練(灣仔訓練池)
星期五 - 7am-8am: 游泳訓練 (淺水灣)
星期六 - 7:30am-11am: 單車訓練 + 轉項跑步練習 (欣澳,新娘潭路或石澳)
星期六 - 5pm-6pm: 游泳入門訓練(中山游泳池)
星期六 - 9am-11am: 單車入門 + 跑步訓練 (欣澳,新娘潭路或科學園)
星期日 - 7:30-9:30am: 游水+ 跑步訓練(淺水灣)

Sun - 7:30am-9:30am: Swim & Run at Repulse
