SwimRun in the Nutshell

Since 2019 we ran the first SwimRun clinic by Olivier Baillet from Beyond The Line, we incorporate SwimRun as part of our training on Sunday. That involve running with swim paddles, swimming with running shoes, with all your gears in one-go, swim then run, run then swim, on and on without transition.

April Training Schedule

☀️Beaches and pools finally reopen!
🥦Easter holiday will be the recovery week for some of our athletes under training plan, team can also take this time to celebrate with friends and family for relaxing the Covid restrictions!!!
⛱Sunday training will start from 0730 Repulse
⭐️Sat 5pm swim recovery/technique will resume on 10th April
🏁Sonic Duathlon time trial will be coming end of April! Stay tuned!

Membership Renewal for 2021

It's time of the year to renew the membership of Sonic Sports Associations aka #teamsonictriathlete for the year of 2020, it's the 18th years of Sonic since we established in 2003 and we will continue to navigate around the restriction of COVID-19 while hoping for the positive effect from the vaccine.

We'd like to take this opportunity to remind your membership with the Sonic Sports Association expired last month.

Sonic will continue to run year round triathlon training program, be it virtual or in group session as long as the current restriction become relax. We will also organize a Time Trial (internal club race) at each quarter in varies format as long as the COVID-19 situation and social atmosphere allowed. But it will be only for the registered Sonic member of 2021.
